All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the session. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. There is no charge for paying by credit or debit card. Folly Farm will only issue refunds in the form of customer account credit.
Refunds for lessons (in the form of customer account credit) will only be issued if cancelled or changed more than 24 hours in advance.
Activties, special classes, camps, parties or any other activity that is not a standard private or group lesson are non reundable in any form.

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Folly Farm is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
